About the role
We hired a Customer Relationship Manager to support shop owners using Billcit — onboarding, ongoing help, and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and guide first-time setup
- Handle support conversations with clear, friendly language
- Follow up on renewals and customer health
- Share product feedback with the engineering team
Requirements
- Strong communication in English; Hindi or Gujarati preferred
- Patience and empathy with first-time software users
- Basic comfort with CRM tools and WhatsApp/email support
- Prior customer success or support experience preferred
